Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility :
- Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- Non-Exchangeable Items :
- Perishable items like food and treats cannot be exchanged unless defective.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-exchangeable unless faulty.
How to Exchange a Product
You can exchange a product either in-store or online. Here’s how:
In-Store Exchange:
- Bring the product(s) to your nearest PetSmart Office.
- Provide the original receipt or order confirmation for faster processing.
- Our team will assist you with finding a suitable replacement product.
Online Exchange:
- Log in to your PetSmart account and navigate to the Order History section.
- Find the product you wish to exchange and click Request an Exchange.
- Follow the instructions to generate an exchange request and package the item securely.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
