Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility :

   - Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

   - Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

   - Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

  1. Non-Exchangeable Items :

   - Perishable items like food and treats cannot be exchanged unless defective.

   - Personalized or custom-made items are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

How to Exchange a Product

You can exchange a product either in-store or online. Here’s how:

In-Store Exchange:

  1. Bring the product(s) to your nearest PetSmart Office.
  2. Provide the original receipt or order confirmation for faster processing.
  3. Our team will assist you with finding a suitable replacement product.

Online Exchange:

  1. Log in to your PetSmart account and navigate to the Order History section.
  2. Find the product you wish to exchange and click Request an Exchange.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate an exchange request and package the item securely.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
