This Privacy Policy describes how PetsSmart ("PetsSmart," "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website (the “Sites”), petssmart device, and mobile application (the “App,” and collectively with the Sites and petssmart device the “Service”), as well as through social media, our marketing activities, our live events and other activities described in this Privacy Policy.
We manufacture and sell “smart device for pets tracking activities” using geolocation technology to enable our users to track their dogs. We collect and use geolocation information to provide you with our tracking services for the device and do not otherwise sell such information to third parties. We value the privacy of our users and strive to be transparent about how we collect and use personal information. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, [Days and Times of Operation]. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, and we appreciate your understanding.
Personal information we collect Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:

- Precise geolocation data, such as your location when you expressly opt-in to allow us to use your Wi-Fi connection so that we can connect to your PetsSmart Device in order to provide our Service. The PetsSmart Device which means that it will dynamically connect to Wi-Fi access points such as your phone or the Device charging base, to save energy and maximize battery life.
- PetsSmart Device data, such as information about your dog’s sleep trends and fitness activity.
- Communications data, based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us through the Service, social media, or otherwise.
- Transactional data, such as information relating to or needed to complete your orders on or through the Service, including subscription information, order numbers and transaction history.
- Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them, including when you sign up for our “Off Leash” newsletter.
- Payment Gateway Data needed to complete transactions, including payment card information or bank account number.
- Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Third-party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:

- Device data, such as your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
- Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
- Location data, if you authorize our Service to access your device’s location (in order to automatically connect to your Fi Collar), then we collect your location information to provide you with our Service (i.e., to allow our users to track their dog’s location). We collect location information both actively (e.g., using GPS) and passively (e.g., using Wi-Fi).
Cookies and similar technologies. Some of the automatic collection described above is facilitated by the following technologies:

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site or app (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records as per PetsSmart Device record retention policy or any retention periods prescribed by law or recommended by regulators, industry bodies or associations. The User acknowledges that this Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of PetsSmart Device’s Terms of Use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee an error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. We may not always anticipate, catch, avoid or mitigate an unintended privacy issue, despite our reasonable efforts to do so.
